YogaMcc has quickly become my favourite yoga studio in Calgary! They have the most interesting and unique offerings, combining many new modalities in the meditation, yoga, sound healing, breathwork, etc spaces. I really think they're doing excellent work for the whole community and highly recommend checking them out. They even offer free meditations....a beautiful place altogether!!! STEP 2: BOOK YOUR INTENTIONAL INTAKE

Let's have a heart to heart about your goals and any limitations (e.g. recent surgery or injuries) you would like to share with us.

We want to get to know you! Once we understand your reasons for practice, we can help ensure your safety, keep you accountable, and help you make a plan for what classes will be the best fit for you.

STEP 3: REGISTER FOR CLASS

 

We will book you in for your first classes during your Intentional Intake. Generally, pre-registering for your classes is recommended and will guarantee your spot. Our classes are offered as hybrid. You will see classes identified by [In Studio], [Virtual] or [Hybrid] when you register online.

STEP 4: PLAN WHAT TO BRING

 

Wear whatever is comfortable for you to move around in. Bring your yoga mat and a water bottle.

We have spring water available.

 

STEP 5: WHAT TO EXPECT

Please arrive 15 minutes before class and give yourself enough time to find parking to make it to class on time.

We’ll check you in, introduce you to your teacher and get you oriented to the space with time to spare for you to roll out your mat, get some props, fill your water bottle and get settled. 

If you need some grounding after class, help yourself to some complimentary tea in our community space.
