"Yoga is like music: the rhythm of the body, the melody of the mind, and the harmony of the soul creates the symphony of life." - Yogacharya B.K.S. Iyengar

Yoga Class Descriptions

What is Yoga?

Yoga is both an art and a science. As a physical discipline, one explores the intimate connection between the body, mind, and spirit. It is the unique combination of fitness and health, for all ages and abilities.

Yoga stretches, strengthens, and builds stamina, in addition to improving the functioning of all the vital organs. Using the natural flow of breath, yoga helps us realize our potential for self-healing and inner peace.

Your yoga practice will become a sanctuary to renourish body, mind, and spirit.

Pre-natal Yoga

Using breath, strength and stretching, our prenatal yoga classes offer a fabulous break from the business of the day, a way to alleviate some of the physical discomforts that occur and promote well-being during pregnancy.

Come and connect with your body, baby and other Moms.

Our instructors are certified in prenatal and exceptionally well-versed in pregnancy, labour and birth.

Post-natal Yoga

Mom and baby or sometimes just Mom - this class is designed to help new Moms regain strength, stretch those sore areas and simultaneously cultivate energy and peace (both sometimes hard to find with a newborn)!
